EMPOWERING YOUR JOURNEY TO LIVING A LIMITLESS LIFE.

When pain has been with you for months or years, it can limit the way you move, the choices you make, and the life you lead.

At Alight Pain Reprocessing, the goal isn’t simply to manage the effects of chronic pain. It’s to help you understand why it began, what may be keeping it going, and how to create lasting change.

Using Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) principles and techniques, we’ll work together to rewire the brain and nervous system’s pain response, and empower you to return to living a full, vibrant life.

WHAT IS PAIN REPROCESSING?

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a an evidence-based, psychological treatment modality for chronic pain. Using techniques rooted in neuroscience, it retrains the brain to interpret and respond to signals from the body properly, leading to reduced or fully eliminated pain.

A randomized controlled trial showed 98% patient improvement and 66% becoming pain-free or nearly pain-free at the end of Pain Reprocessing treatment, with outcomes largely maintained one year later.

SUPPORT FOR THE JOURNEY

Adelle Rose is a Pain Reprocessing practitioner, certified with the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Center as a coach for individuals with chronic neuroplastic pain.

Following 6 years of debilitating chronic pain that eventually resulted in severe disability, Adelle discovered Pain Reprocessing Therapy as a last resort after being told she’d be disabled for life. With only a month of PRT sessions, she went from bedridden and unable to do daily tasks to walking and self-sufficiency. Now, she lives the full and beautiful life she once daydreamed about, and helps others reclaim their lives from chronic pain for good.
